By accessing and using the Asendio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any additional terms, policies, or guidelines that may be applicable to specific services provided by Asendio. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Description of Services

Asendio is an online learning management systems platform that provides various educational services, including but not limited to course materials, interactive learning modules, assessments, and communication tools. These services are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our platform at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the Asendio platform, you may be required to create a user account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

a. Content Usage: As a user of the Asendio platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable right to access and use the educational materials and services provided on the platform. You agree not to use the content for any unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works without explicit permission.

b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Asendio platform, or that infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: transmitting any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; engaging in unauthorized data collection or harvesting; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts; and engaging in any form of spamming or unsolicited advertising.

c. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Asendio platform. You are solely responsible for any content you upload or share on the platform, ensuring that it does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Asendio platform, including but not limited to the content, logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Asendio or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use, you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the platform's content without prior written permission.
